We'd love to be a part of your upcoming event!

If you would like to have an event at Christian Life Church, we ask that fill out this event form below and bring the appropriate deposit necessary to the church office to reserve the date for your event.

*All events have to be submitted 3 weeks prior to the day of your event.

Event Form

Family Life Center

FAMILY CENTER GUIDELINES


1. The fee for using the Family Center will be for janitorial services (vacuuming, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, etc).  You will be responsible for any dirty dishes, emptying trash into the dumpster located outside the building, making sure all personal belongings are removed from the building immediately following your event, and being certain the facilities are left orderly (excluding Janitorial duties).  We are not responsible for any personal belongings.


2. Nothing is to be hung on the walls for any reason. No tape, tacks, nails, etc. 


3. Church tablecloths are not available for use.


4. Smoking is forbidden – strictly prohibited.


5. No intoxicants of any kind are to be served in connection with the event or used on the church premises at any time. 


6. Church supplies (such as paper goods, etc.) are not included in the fee. You are responsible for your own supplies.


7. The fee includes the kitchen and dining area only - NOT the gymnasium or sound equipment (which is off limits!!!)


8. The air will be adjusted in time for your event, please do not adjust thermostats unless told otherwise.


9. Please return FLC keys to the church mailbox once finished with event.
